Have students see a flash and sing the song Head, shoulders, knees and toe together. Questions: ①What’s the song about? ②Do you know other words about the body? 2. Ask: What can you do with your eyes/ears/mouth/nose/hands? Then introduce the title. 1. Watch the video. Preview words: Head, shoulders, knees, toes, hands, fingers etc. Enjoy the song happily. 2. Try to answer the questions. 让学生观赏flash歌曲, 进行课前热身, 歌曲欣赏, 以学生喜闻乐见的形式导入新课, 创造轻松愉快的学习气氛, 激发学习兴趣。 通过师生对话, 过渡自然, 迅速步入主题, 引出感官动词。 Step 2 Listening (Act. 1) 1. Show pictures of new words and teach: smell/smelled/smelled(smelt/smelt), soft, sour, mm, cookie, pizza, lovely, done, etc. 2. Let students look at the pictures in Activity 1. 3. Then play the tape of Activity 1. Listen to the conversations in Activity 1 and number the pictures. 检查完词汇后及时做Activity 1的听力来训练学生听力, 加深学生对本课新词汇的印象。 Step 3 Practice (Act. 2) First let students listen to the conversation in Act. 2.
