Unit 1 Festivals around the world 教案1 (FESTIVALS AND CELEBRATIONS) Introduction In this period, after the warming up, students will first be guided to imagine and share their views about the festivals around the world. They will then be helped to read a passage entitled FESTIVALS AND CELEBRATIONS. It is an introduction of four kinds of festivals. Examples of “Warming Up” designs are presented in this book for teachers’ reference. Computer and overhead projector may be used to aid the teaching and learning.
