Lesson 45 Let’s Sort Garbage! 教学目标: 1.懂得运用表示垃圾分类的词或短语:empty,litter,do with,go for a walk,take out 2.掌握有关介绍垃圾分类的句子:There is more paper than plastic.And the most amount is paper.A lot of glass is broken. 3.进一步掌握代词it 的用法。 重点难点: 1.掌握一些介绍垃圾分类的单词:sort,waste,find,throw,collect 2.运用所学知识介绍自己掌握到的关于垃圾分类的情况。 3.掌握重点句式:They need to throw away only one small bag of garbage!People throw too much away.It is a waste to use paper only on one side.When I finish fixing this car,I will give it to my little cousin,Debbie. 教学思路: 本课时的教学内容是冀教版八年级下册英语第八单元的第三课时,主要介绍垃圾分类。在授课之前先让学生想一想学生自己还有同学参加过的垃圾分类活动。课上可以通过让学生小组合作的形式进行相互交流;然后教师通过幻灯片、图片向学生展示不同的垃圾分类情况,并让学生用英语简单介绍出自己进行垃圾分类的过程。 教学准备: 设计教学PPT,录音机,多媒体,图片和单词卡片。 教学过程: StepⅠ.Lead in Leading in 【情景1】 Show some pictures about sorting garbage.Let the students answer the following questions: T:Hello,boys and girls.What do you do with your garbage? S1:Throw away. S2:Sort garbage. S3:Reuse garbage. T:Why do you do this? Ss:Protect the environment. T:What kinds of things can be recycled and reused? S4:Paper. S5:Plastic things. Discuss the questions in groups.Ask the students to talk for three minutes.Then let them present their talk in class. [设计意图] 利用学生学过的内容,从询问如何处理垃圾开始,轻松进入语境,进而介绍生词,图片的使用使学习更加形象直观,自然地进入谈论垃圾分类的新话题。 Leading in 【情景2】 Greet the class. T:Hello! Boys and girls! Ss:Hello! Mr./Ms.XX.
