Lesson 9 Mr.Wood Teaches a Science Lesson 教材分析 本课是冀教版小学英语第七册第二单元中伍德老师讲的一节科学课，第一部分学习温度temperature的相关知识，第二部分拓展到天气预报的內容。学生在以往的英语课上并没有接触过温度，如何顺利学会本课关于温度的內容并能灵活运用是本课的重难点。这节课我通过由词入句、由有目的操练到灵活运用，层层深入化解难点，再利用歌曲、游戏、对话、表演等多种形式激发学生的学习兴趣，开发学生的创新思维，操练巩固所学的知识。 学情分析 六年级的学生有一定的英语基础，能与他人用英语进行简单的交流，喜欢参与各种各样的活动，这节关于测量温度的“英语科学课”，对学生来说是全新的一节英语课，也是全新的一节科学课。关于温度的对话內容是这节课的重点，也是难点。这节课我注重创设真实情境，培养、锻炼学生利用所学的语言知识解决实际问题和交际的能力。 教学目标 1.使学生能听懂、会说、会读、会写temperature/degrees/ill等单词. 2. 能够在真实的情境中正确使用How is the weather today？和What’s the temperature?来描述天气和温度。 3.让学生能够初步运用天气、气温等日常交际用语展开对话. 教学重难点 让学生能正确运用What’s the temperature? It’s_____ degrees来描述不同事物的温度。 教学策略 讲授法、演示法、讨论法、 任务型教学法、小组合作探究法等。 教学用具 多媒体课件、量杯、温度计、热水、冰、导学案等。 课时安排1课时 教学流程 Step1:Class opening and review 1.Greeting T: Hello! Boys and girls! Nice to meet you!
