义务教育教科书六年级下册 Unit 8 Our dreams第一课时教学设计(Story time) 教学目标: 1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词和词组:dream, future, care about, tooth, astronaut, spaceship, football player, World Cup, dancer, pianist, come true, dentist. 2. 能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语及句型:What do you want to be in the future? I want to be… I want to … 3. 能理解Story time对话,正确朗读对话,谈论对话中六位学生的职业梦想,并尝试根据关键词句复述对话。 4. 通过谈论职业梦想,使学生更深入地了解对话中的六种职业,并产生职业认同感,培养学生建立初步的职业梦想。 5. 通过交流师生、生生之间的职业梦想,使学生学会分享,学会给他人祝福,提高学生的英语交际能力。 教学重点: 1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词和词组:dream, future, care about, tooth, astronaut, spaceship, football player, World Cup, dancer, pianist, come true, dentist. 2. 能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语及句型:What do you want to be in the future? I want to be… I want to … 3. 理解Stor ytime对话,正确朗读对话,能谈论对话中六位学生的职业梦想,提高学生的英语交际能力。 教学难点: 1. 部分单词的正确朗读:astronaut, pianist, dentist。 2. 能根据关键词句复述对话。 3. 使学生体验各种职业的价值,建立初步的职业梦想。? 教学准备: PPT课件、人物图片等 教学过程: Step 1. Warm up 1. 欣赏歌曲: ‘Do you know this man?’ 2. 出示图片,谈论歌曲中人物职业: Q:What’s this man’s job? He’s a doctor/cook/clown. What’s this woman’s job? She’s a singer/dancer/fitness trainer. 【设计意图:歌曲导入,活跃学习氛围。歌曲的内容激活学生的旧知,为学习新知识做铺垫。】 Step 2. About me 1. 师通过“About me” 自我介绍: I’m your teacher . I want to be a good teacher. I want to have lessons with you everyday. I’m a mother. I want to be … I want to … I’m a wife. I want to be ... I want to … I’m a daughter. I want to be ... I want to … 2. 围绕About me 提问:What do I want to do with my daughter?What do I want to do for my husband? What do I want to do for my parents? 【设计意图:通过教师的“About me”介绍自己,拉近师生关系,同时铺垫难点语言“I want to be… I want to do…What do you want to …?”】 Step 3. About you 通过图片和文字回忆和渲染美好的小学生活,引导学生思考What do you want to do before you go to the middle school ?并能尝试使用I want to…(study hard/learn …well /play…/visit…/read…)回答。 2. 师追问What do you want to be ten years later/in 2025/in the future? 同时学习新词in the future 和新句型What do you want to be in the future? 3. 师生围绕目标句型What do you want to be in the future?初步谈论梦想,引出本节课主题“Our dreams”。 【设计意图:由教师的“About me”谈论自己过渡到学生的“About you”回忆美好小学生活,激发学生的情感体验,让学生自然输出信息,使得目标句型What do you want to be in the future?的导入水到渠成。再初步谈论职业梦想,揭示本课主题。】 Step 4.Stor ytime 1. 看图,猜测孩子们的梦想。 2. 自读Story time,思考“What do the children want to be? ” 完成书上P80 的Match and say,初步感知孩子们的梦想。 3. 借助句型 “… wants to be a/an …” 校对Match and say并学习新词(dentist /astronaut/football player/dancer/writer/pianist) 。板书:人物和梦 ... ...
