Warm-up 1. Listen and guess 教师呈现猜谜语 What is it?，通过描述，猜一个小动物。 T: Now let’s see the PPT and guess what it is. 设计意图：猜谜游戏是小学生喜欢的话题，能够活跃课堂气氛，并复习巩固本单元的重点知识。 2. Watch and learn 教师播放视频《让我们一起保护动物》，引入话题。 T: Well done! Next let’s watch the video. 设计意图：通过看视频，培养学生保护动物的情感。 Step 2. Presentation 1. Read, listen and learn 播放Story time录音，让学生边看书，边听音，初步感知故事内容。 T: Look at page 31 Story time. Zip and Zoom are playing cards. Now listen to the story. 设计意图：引导学生通过看、听等途径来感知故事内容。 2. Look and learn T: How many animals do you know? Now let’s learn the whole story. 教师出示动物卡片，让学生说出英文，不会的教师讲解并带读。 设计意图：通过图片，引出故事并讲解重点知识。 3. Listen and follow 播放Story time录音，让学生听音跟读，注意语音语调。 T: Now you’ve got to listen and follow. Pay much attention to the pronunciation. 设计意图：引导学生通过看、听、说等途径来感知并巩固故事内容。 Step 3. Practice 1.
