Unit 3 My school calendar Part A Let’s try Let’s talk 教学导航 一、教学目标 1.能询问并回答节日所在的月份。 2.能理解Part A Let’s talk的大意,能用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。 3.能运用句型“When is the singing contest?”“It’s usually in May.”进行对话。 二、教学重点、难点 能在语境中运用所学的重点句型来交流有关月份及节日。 三、教学准备 1.教师准备本课时的音频、视频、单词图片、单词卡片和教学课件。 2.教师准备好Mike和Zhang Peng的头饰,学生准备好单词卡片。 教学过程 Step 1:Review&Lead in(复习&导入) 1.教师和学生自由谈话,讨论天气。示例对话如下: T: What's the weather like today? S: It's sunny. 教师接着在课件上以快闪的方式呈现有关天气的单词,如windy、cloudy、sunny、rainy、snowy、warm、hot、cold、cool等,引导学生复习。 2.让学生观察Part A Let's try的内容,引导学生认识这是一则邀请函。教师提问“What's this?”,引导学生回答“It's an invitation.”;教师继续追问“What is the invitation about?”,引导学生回答“To ask parents to come to the sports meet next Friday.”。教师板书sports meet,引导学生理解这个短语并朗读。播放Let's try部分的录音,让学生听完录音内容后做出选择。教师提问“Whose parents will come to the sports meet?”,学生回答“Zhang Peng's parents.”。 Step 2:Presentation&Practice(新课呈现&当堂操练) 1.教师播放Part A Let's talk的对话视频,学生带着问题“What do Mike and Zhang Peng talk about?”观看视频。看完视频后引导学生回答“They talk about the sports meet, the English party and the school trip.”。教师板书这三个短语,呈现对应的图片,帮助学生理解这些短语的意思并朗读。教师继续追问“When is the sports meet?”并板书该句型,学生回答“It's in spring.”;教师继续追问“Yes, it's in spring. But which month?”,引导学生回答“It's in April.”并板书该句型,然后重点领读April。 2.教师导入“The sports meet is in April. But how about the English party and the school trip?”,学生打开课本,带着刚才的两个问题找答案。教师提问“When is the English party?”,引导学生回答“It's in April.”;教师追问“When is the school trip?”,引导学生回答“It's in May.”,然后重点领读May。 3.教师播放课本录音,学生听录音完成表格,然后根据表格内容俩人一组进行问答。 Activities Time the sports meet in April the English party in April the school trip in May S1: When is the sports meet? S2: It’s in April. 4.教师总结“We have a sports meet and an English party in April. We have a school trip in May. So we have a few fun things in spring.”,引导学生理解a few fun things的意思。 5.教师播放录音,学生跟读。 6.学生俩人一组,分角色朗读课文。 Step 3:Consolidation&Extension(巩固&拓展) 教师出示Write and talk.部分的图片,引导学生完成任务单的填写,并根据句型进行对话。例如: A: When is the singing contest? B: It's usually in May. 教师让学生四人一组,两两互相提问,一人做笔记,最后每组选一名代表做总结。 The sports meet is in May. The singing contest is in May.
