Step IV Presentation Read a passage about my favorite football player. Learn some useful expressions and try to understand the passage. Present the target langue and pave the way for writing. Step V Practice Help Ss learn the target expressions. Ss read the useful expressions on the Bb and try to learn them by heart. Make sure Ss know how to use the target language and prepare for the writing. Step VI Practice Play the tape about a passage written by David. Ss listen and answer some questions. Learn further and pave the way. Step VII Practice Part B. Ss work in pairs. Cooperate to find out the need of the poor. Step VIII Writing Tell Ss the passage should be divided into three paragraphs. Ss Write a passage about their favorite sport. Use the target language freely. Step X Summary Make a summary. Recall of the lesson Step XI Homework Write a passage about their favorite sport.
