They’re playing tennis.引导学生运用现在进行时的语句询问、描述他人正在做的事情,能在真实语境中进行交际。2.Processes and methods通过看图问答、游戏、对话、创设情景等活动,激励学生主动模仿、学习和体验,达到学生用目标语言交流的目的。3.Emotion,attitude and values:激发学生参与体育运动的兴趣。Key points:学习和掌握以下单词、短语、句型且能够较熟练的运用:Miss ,Ms ,Mr, Mrs;favourite sport, What are you doing? We are playing ping-pong.Difficult points:会用英语说已学的球类运动,学会区分并运用Miss ,Ms ,Mr, Mrs;favourite sport等词,并能在真实情景中使用目标语言交际。Teaching tools:多媒体课件Teaching Steps:Step 1:Revision and Warming UpActivity 1: 师生演唱根据“两只老虎”曲调创编的英语歌曲What are you doing?Activity 2: PPT展示一些学过的球类运动的图片,短语或句子,生根据看的的信息快速说出对应的单词、短语或句子。如:football,play football,watch the games.【设计意图】通过前两课的知识进行复习、热身,为本课做铺垫。Activity 3: 教师让学生之间交流自己最喜爱的运动,进一步熟悉favourite的用法。My favourite sport is...I like playing... 【设计意图】通过学生之间的交流,掌握如何表达自己最喜欢的运动。Step 2: PresentationActivity 1: 师生游戏引入新知。教师将学生分成4组,每组一个球。教师发指令(并拿实物或卡片做示范动作),另外的同学做动作,从而自然习得词组play badminton,play tennis,play ping-pong,play baseball.【设计意图】通过游戏引出本课学习内容。Activity 2: PPT出示本课的四项球类运动图片,词不离句教授新短语:What are they doing? They’re play badminton\play tennis \play ping-pong,play baseball.【设计意图】通过直观图片学习短语,将短语放在句子中,帮助学生理解。Activity 3: 竞猜比赛内容,以竞猜的形式操练语句。T: What are they doing?Ss: They are playing badminton/ tennis/ ping-pong/baseball.Activity 4: Let’s do your favourite sports.学生做动作,教师提问What are you doing? 引出What are you doing?
