Lesson 2 Festivals in China 【教学目标】 一、知识与技能 掌握各种常见中国传统节日的英语表达;使用一般现在时描述习惯性的、现在反复出现的动作,如人们的节日习俗。 二、过程与方法 通过课文内容的听力填空,通过从给出关键词及完整框架、直到猜测游戏中仅给出图片,逐层递进对语言反复感觉。通过对教学内容地操作化组织,将做、想、讲有机结合,帮助学生巩固新知,体会方法,内化学习内容,通过合作与语言交际提高语言能力、增进合作。 三、情感、态度、价值观 帮助学生了解传统文化,激发学生对本国本民族的热爱之情。 【教学重难点】 (1)重点:掌握中国常见节日的英语表达运用一般现在时介绍一种惯常发生的事,如习俗。 (2)难点:学会从多个方面有条理地对某事物进行描述。 【教学准备】 多媒体,节日装饰品,如中国结等。图片,对话条等小组活动辅助材料。 学生自带节日装饰品 【教学过程】 I. Warming-up Show a picture of rainbow, ask: which color do you like best? 作用:引出“Red – festival (喜庆的)”. 今天的主题Festival(节日) II. Pre-task preparation Quiz about festivals in China 1.On Chinese New Year’s Eve(除夕), we get money in blue packets. 2.At the Lantern Festival(元宵节), we usually eat Zongzi. 3.The Dragon Boat Festival(端午节) is the day of Quyuan's death. 4.All family members try to get together at the Mid-autumn Festival(中秋节). 5.We have moon cakes on the Double-Seventh Day(七夕). 6.Qing Ming(清明) is in early April every year. 7.At the Lantern Festival, people will try to solve the puzzles on the lanterns.(猜灯谜). 作用:通过小测试提起学习本节课的兴趣并引出各种常见中国节日的英语表达。 Listen and fill in the blanks It’s the first day of _____. Dragon Boat Festival Mid-autumn Festival Lantern Festival Guessing game 作用:首先以新年为例通过关键词、短文框架、图片提示描述中国新年。然后从给出关键词及完整框架、给出关键词及部分框架、仅给出关键词及提示描述方面,直到猜测游戏中仅给出图片,逐层递进。并安排“猜测游戏”,能有效地调动起学生们的精神,集中他们的注意力,主动参与,同时在对语言反复感觉和操练中练习正确使用时态。并引导他们形成积极的合作与信任,通过集体作业,学生们有了更强的团队意识。 IV.
