Section A 1 1a-2d 一、教学目标 1. 能掌握以下单词:paper, pollution, prediction, future, pollute, environment, planet, earth, plant, part, play a part等。 2. 能掌握以下句型: What will the future be like? Cities will be more polluted. And there will be fewer trees. Will people use money in 100 years? Will there be world peace? Kids will study at home on computers. They won’t go to school. 3. 能在听力材料中获取目标语———will构成的一般将来时。 4. 学会使用will 构成的一般将来时态对未来的预测进行谈论。 5. 了解当今世界环节污染问题。 二、教学重点及难点 重点:学会使用will 构成的一般将来时态对未来的预测进行谈论 难点:情态动词will + 动词原形来表达一般将来时态。 三、教学准备 教师:教学课件;多媒体设备 学生:课前预习 四、教学过程 Task 1 Step 1 Warming-up 1. Look at the pictures. Then think about if they want to have a robot and the reasons. 2. Introduce the two films “Big Hero 6” “WALL·E”. 【设计意图】引入本单元的话题,通过图片引起学生兴趣,并且创造机会让学生开口说英语。 Step 2 Pre-listening Learn the new words. Work on 1a Read the predictions and check A or D. T: How will your future be like in 100 years? Can you see anything about it? 【设计意图】引入课文,锻炼学生的思维能力,教师应该注意对学生的引导。 Step 3 While-listening Work on 1b Let students to listen to the recording and circle the predictions in 1a. Play the recording again and then check the answers. 【设计意图】此环节着重是听力训练。让学生在听对话的过程中抓住关键词汇。 Step 4 Post-listening Let students ask and answer questions about the predictions in 1a. Then make their own conversation. 【设计意图】通过听后的提问回答方式,让学生熟练相关单词以及句型。 Task 2 Step 1 Pre-listening Look at the pictures and talk about the questions. Read 2b and try to tick the predictions about the future. 【设计意图】通过讨论问题和阅读题干,帮助学生扫清阅读障碍。 Step 2 While-listening Work on 2a & 2b Let Ss listen and circle the words. Listen again. Then ask some pairs to act their conversations. Work on 2d Watch a video of 2d and answer the questions. What will the future be like according to the book about the future? What can people do to save the earth? Role - play the conversation. 【设计意图】听力和对话练习,通过对话巩固本单元的词汇和句型,通过对话练习检查句型的熟练程度。并且使用听力内容进行对话训练。锻炼学生应用知识的能力。 Step 4 Summary 1. 词汇:paper, pollution, prediction, future, pollute, environment, planet, earth, plant, part, play a part 2. 句型: What will the future be like?
