Unit4 There are seven days in a week. Lesson 19 依安县实验小学 周岩 一、教学目标： 1.能够在语境中理解生词：day/week/ Sunday的意思，并正确发音。 2.能够在情景中运用句型：How many days are there in a week? 询问There are seven.回答，并能在情景中恰当运用There be 句型。 3. 能够在Let’s chant中，运用所学句型与同伴表演。 二、教学重点和难点： 1.能够用新单词、句子描述一周有几天和一周的第一天。 2.能够分角色表演Let’s talk的对话。 3.能灵活运用There be 句型。 三、教学准备： PPT，教学卡片和图片若干张。 四、教学步骤： （一）导入： Step1.Sing an English song: “There are seven days”. Step2.Ask some questions: How many bags are there? How many pineapples are there in the bag? How many apples are there in the bag? How many bananas are there in the bag? How many oranges are there in the bag? 让学生用There are...回答以上问题从而引出本课课题《There are seven days in a week》教师领读课题。 （二）呈现与操练 Step1. How many days are there in a week? There are seven days in a week 的呈现与操练。 (1)PPT依次出示day和week的图片，教师依次讲解单词但方法都是一样的。先让学生听然后教师采用手势领读， day↗， day↘ ，day↗ day↗ day↘. week↗ ,week↘, week↗week↗ week↘. (2)再出示一张图片带领学生数一数图片上有几天？引导学生自己说出本课重点句型：There are seven days in a week. (3)出示下一张幻灯片练习句型：How many days are there in a week? There are seven days in a week.让学生达到自己会问会答。 Step 2. 句型What’s the first day of the week? It’s Sunday.的呈现与操练。 （1）PPT出示单词Sunday引导学生正确发音，加深印象。采用手势让学生轻松记住单词。Sunday↗，Sunday↘， Sunday↗Sunday↗Sunday↘. （2）教师出示图片，请学生仔细观察发现国外一个星期的第一天是星期日，教师重点领读first day, 并引导学生会问What’s the first day of the week?教师再引导学生回答：It’s Sunday. （三）、巩固与拓展 Step 1. 出示一张幻灯片练习刚讲完的两组句型：How many days are there in a week? There are seven days in a week. What’s the first day of the week? It’s Sunday. Step 2. 教师播放动画，学生再听一遍对话，并逐句跟读。教师提示学生注意模仿说话者的语气及句子的升降调。 Step 3. 全班以小组形式一分钟倒计时比赛读对话。 Step 4.比赛结束后教师先逐句提问检验学生掌握情况，再遮盖重点单词最后加深难度遮盖重点句子来检验学生掌握情况。 （四）、拓展延伸 教师出示幻灯片，要求学生迅速回答图片上的问题。How many days are there in a week? How many months are there in a year? What’s the first day of the week in China? How many classes are there in our school?
