Unit5 My father is great. 教学目标: 1、 Aims on the knowledge. (1) To master the five words ‘teacher、driver、 doctor、 nurse、 pupil.’ (2) To understand and used the sentence “ What’s his job?” 2、 Aims on the abilities: (1) To develop the abilities of listening and speaking. (2) To train the ability of working in groups. (3) To foster the abilities of communication. 3、 Aims on the emotion. (1) To foster consciousness of good cooperation and proper competition. 教学重点 To master the four words and sentence patterns. 教学难点 To understand and used the sentence‘What’s his job?’ 教学流程: Step1.Warming up and revision (5 minutes) 1. Greetings T: Hello, boys and girls. How are you today? Ss: I’m fine, thank you. 2. Listen to the song. Listen to the song “My father is a doctor”. [设计意图:通过欣赏歌曲创建英语语言学习氛围,同时为新句型的学习做铺垫] Step2 Presentation and drill(15 minutes) Show a postcard. T:“This is my father. He works in a school. He knows many things. Guess,what’s his job?”引导学生回答He is a teacher.(板书句型)。 [设计意图:利用学生喜欢猜测的特点,激发求知欲望,使学生快乐的学习英语] The students read the sentences after the teacher to practice .Then write the two sentences in their exercise books.
