Here we will discuss about some healthy food habits which will keep our body healthy and fit. Most important food habit that everyone should follow is to have plenty of water daily. This will help in cleansing your body and internal organs. Include more fresh fruits, fresh vegetables especially which are rich in fiber in your daily diet. Avoid having coffee, alcohol and aerated (被加气体的) drinks. Instead of this have lots of fresh juice. Take food in proper intervals of time. Never skip any of your meals especially make sure that you have your breakfast daily. In between the meals have some snacks instead of junk food. Before having your food always make sure your hands are clean. This is because germs can very easily enter into your body through dirty hands.Include milk and dairy products as they have all nutrients available. But don’t have them more because intake of excessive milk and dairy products may result in fattiness which can lead to high cholesterol (胆固醇). Include in your diet fish, meat, and pulses which contain almost all the nutrients. Proper and balanced diet is a combination of all the above. Intake of this balanced diet will always help to keep your body healthy. Avoid foods which are oilier and sweeter as all these that can lead to bad health.
