Greet the students as usual. 2. Show some photos of animals and have a short dialogue. 通过动物园图片,吸引学生兴趣,导入新课。 Step2 Lead in Presentation and practice1.Show the pictures of animals and learn new words.2.Match the words with the pictures.3.Play a game “Let's guess --What is it ” to check the new words. The one who guess the word have to spell it. If he/she can spell right and pronounce correctly, he will win. 通过动物的图片帮助学生学习新单词,并为本节课的对话和听力练习奠定基础。 Step3Presentation Task 1 Listening1.Play the tape in Activity 3 for the first time and choose the right answers. 2.Play the tape for the second time and do exercises.3.Listen and complete the table in Activity 3.Task 2 Reading1.First, read the dialogue after the tape.2. Ask the students to read the dialogue aloud in groups to check their pronunciation.3.Act out the dialogue in groups.Task 3 Pronunciation and speaking1.Play the tape twice and tell the students to listen and pay attention to the pronunciation and pauses.
