[设计意图]　本课内容和日期表达有关,故在Class Opening 　 The language points should be explained. 语言点： 1.What’s the date 这是一个询问日期的句型。回答日期时,表示在某一天,用介词on,表示不含某一天的年、月以及季节用介词in。 2.We have a basketball game against Class 6 on April 12. have a basketball game意为“举行一场篮球比赛”。“have+表示某种活动的名词”意为“进行;举行”,如:have a class上课;have a sports meeting开运动会;have a party开晚会。 3.January is the first month of a new year. first意为“第一”,属于序数词,它相应的基数词是one。表示顺序的数词称为序数词。序数词前一般需加“the”。 (1)“基数词”变“序数词”的口诀: 基变序,有规律, 一、二、三特殊记,first,second,third, 从四开始加th,八去t,九去e加th, 五、十二变ve为f加th, 整十后变y为ie加th,若想表示几十几, 只变个位就可以。 (2)表顺序时,基数词和序数词间可互相转换。 Lesson Five=the fifth lesson [设计意图]　读文章,找出问题的答案,设计这样的阅读题有助于学生理解文章细节。 StepⅤ.Practice 阶段以对话的形式,对相关的词汇、短语和句型进行复习并活跃课堂气氛。同时引入在之后学习中会使用到的词汇。 1.Work in groups.Ask the students to practice the cardinals,ordinals and the months. 2.Ask some students to read the text.Choose the best to praise them. e to “Let’s Do It!” GROUP WORK:Let’s Do It!Exercise 4.
