Lesson 6 It's on the Fifth Floor 【教学目标】 1．知识目标: （1）能听说读写单词: third, fifth, second, first, same, floor, building. （2）理解掌握词组: reading room, teacher's office. （3）能听懂,会说并能运用以下句型进行对话: —Where is the reading room —It's on the fifth floor. — Is he/she in the reading room —No, he/she is on / in… 2．情感目标: （1）在情景创设中培养学生合作学习的能力. （2）通过多种形式的游戏和活动,激发学生学习英语的兴趣. 【教学重点】 1．学习序数词的用法. 2．能理解和掌握where引导的特殊疑问句及回答形式,并能运用书中的地点名词和序数词作替换练习. 【教学难点】 1．能掌握本单元新单词及词组. 2．句型: —Where is Class Five —It's on the third floor. 【教学过程】 Step 1 Warming up 教授歌曲The muffin man,通过歌曲中对于第一街道,第二街道等的描述引入序数词的概念,通过这样的方式引导学生进入新课的学习,既与实际相结合学习了新单词,活跃了课堂气氛又大大提高了学习兴趣. Step 3 Practice 1．Look and talk （1）两人一组,根据图片所示完成该部分的对话练习,分别指出10个班级和办公室、实验室的位置. （2）学生汇报,并及时纠正所存在的问题. 2．Listen and say （1）阅读Listen and say部分,理解大意,标出难以理解的地方. （2）播放录音,小组合作练习对话,直至将句型练至熟悉程度. 3．Read （1）把全班分成三大组,理解大意,并根据关键词,翻译课文. （2）教师讲解说明一些难点,让学生明白美英在楼层划分认知上的区别.
