Unit 4 单元语法总结 ———时间的提问及回答 Ⅰ.时间的提问及回答 1.what time意为“什么时候；何时”，用于询问时间，后面接一般疑问句。 如果询问“某人什么时候做某事”，可用“What time do/does+sb.+动词原形+... ” what time在询问时间时，通常询问较具体的时间，回答时要用钟点。 例：--What time do you usually take a shower, Mike 迈克，你通常什么时候洗淋浴？ --I usually take a shower at six forty. 我通常六点四十分洗淋浴。 2.when也可以询问时间，范围比较大，回答时也可用钟点、某一天或某一年；有时when可代替what time。 例：①What time do you get up = When do you get up 你什么时候起床？ ②What time do you start your classes = When do you start your classes 你(们)几点开始上课？ 3.时间的表达法 （1）几点整：7:00 seven o’clock （2）几点半：6:30 six thirty或half past six （3）几点过几分：9:05 nine five或five past nine （4）差几分几点：10:45或 ten forty-five或fifteen (a quarter) to eleven 4.表示时间的介词 （1）at 主要表示某时刻、某时段（固定搭配）。 例：at five o’clock在五点钟；at night在晚上 on主要表示某一天，也可以表示一天的时段。 例：on May lst在五月一日；on Monday noon在周一中午； on New Year’s Day在元旦； on the morning of September 10th 在9月10日，早上。 （3）in主要表示较长的时间（如世纪、年、月、季节等）或一段时间之内，也可用于一些固定用法中。 例：in February在二月；in summer在夏天； in the day在白天；in the afternoon在下午 （4）for表示时间的长度。 例：for five hours五个小时；for a few days几天 （5）before表示“早于；.....之前”。 例：before three o’clock三点之前before supper晚饭前 （6）after表示“....以后”。 例：after dinner 晚饭后after class下课后 （7）from...to... 表示“从....到....” 例：from Monday to Friday从周一到周五 （8）past表示超过某时刻。 例：half past ten十点半 （9）to表示不到某时刻。 例：a quarter to five差一刻钟五点 Ⅱ.语法专练 1.-- does your mother get up --At about six o’clock.
