教学设计 课程基本信息 学科 英语 年级 七年级 学期 春季 课题 Unit 12 What did you do last weekend (Grammar focus –3c) 教学目标 1.To help the students master Wh-questions about the simple past tense。 2.To lead the students to use the simple past tense to talk about last weekend。 教学内容 教学重点： 1.To learn Wh-questions about the simple past tense well. 2.To help the students to use the target language in a controlled manner. 教学难点： 1.How to use ‘who’ in different conditions。 2.How to ask and answer about the friends’ last weekend。 教学过程 W 一、Warming up W Play a guessing game, review the simple past tense by asking the students to d describe the past events with the help of the pictures。 二、Presentation 1.Ask the students to circle the Wh-words, explain when to use them. 2.Find out the verbs ,including “did”, the verb’s original form , the past form, pay attention to their position in the sentence. 3.When ‘who’ is used as the subject and object ,how to make the sentences. 4.Do the exercise about the special questions of the simple past tense. 三、Activity 3a 1.Fill in the blanks with who, what, when, where or how. 2.Tell students the strategy--underline the key words. 四、Activity 3b 1.Complete the passage with the correct forms of the words in the box. 2.Review the verbs’ past forms. 3.Explain the phrases: shout at, run away, a second language. 五、Learn how to ask about our friends’ last weekend 1.Watch a video about how to talk about one’s last weekend. 2.Have a summary about the sentence patterns. 六、Homework 1.Use the simple past tense to ask and answer about the last weekend with your friends. 2.Make a mind-map, compare the three tenses, pay attention to the different time and the verb’s forms.
