Lesson 3板块教学设计 Meet the new boss: You （此部分教师可根据教学实际酌情调整。） 课型 Reading 主题语境 人与自我 内容分析 文章列举了人们关于职业的几个惯有的认识, 通过分析说明随着科技的发展、人工智能时代的到来，这些想法都将面临挑战、不再具有可行性，并且进一步讨论了如何应对变化和挑战。 第一段介绍了几十年以前人们的职业选择和传统。接着，在第二段论述了现在要想终身只从事同一工作已经不再现实，其原因在于科技的发展使人们掌握的技能与工作的招关性发生了改变，某些技能可能已经或很快就会过时，人们需要跳出原有终身职业的思维模式。第三段阐述了按部就班每天八小时的工作模式已经不再适应新的形式，想要在所从事的职业中取得成功需要敢于创新，需要善于解决问题，需要加倍努力，从而成为行业领域的专家，而这一切都需要人们主动作为。文章在第四段阐述了现代社会中工作与职业的种类出现或消亡会越来越频繁，现有的职业或工种很有可能被科技手段、人工智能所取代。要应对这些变化，唯有通过不断学习才能避免被淘汰出局的境地。 文章在结尾总结依靠现有技能保住一份“铁饭碗"已经不可能，人们必须通过终身学习，不断获取新的技能，才能把握自己的未来。 教学目标 1.梳理文章结构，获取作者关于未来职业发展趋势的观点； 2.概括、梳理、阐释未来职业发展趋势(观念、原因、应对策略)的信息，内化知识和语言, 绘出结利图，讨论作者的论证手法； 3.分析和评判作者对未来职业发展的观点和态度，发表自己看法。 教学重点 梳理文章结构，获取作者关于未来职业发展趋势的观点 教学难点 分析和评判作者对未来职业发展的观点和态度，发表自己看法 教学策略 Task based teaching method.
