Over the years, it has become one of the most popular dishes in Chinese restaurants throughout the world. 宫保鸡丁(也被称为宫保鸡丁)最初是清朝高级官员丁保桢的家常菜,丁保桢曾帮助重建四川成都都江堰灌溉系统。多年来,它已成为世界各地中餐馆中最受欢迎的菜肴之一。 The combination of spicy, salty, sweet and sour flavours makes Gong Bao Chicken hard to resist. RECIPE Ingredients chicken breast................................300g roasted peanuts ...............................50g small pieces of dried tofu ………...50g cooking oil............................. 2 spoons dried chillies ................................5 or 6 spring onions ........................ a handful soy sauce .............................1 teaspoon vinegar ................................1 teaspoon sugar ................................. 2 teaspoons salt .......................................1 teaspoon Instructions 1. 用大火加热油。 2. 油热后,加入辣椒,搅拌30秒左右。 3. 加入葱,搅拌约30秒。 4. 加入鸡肉,煮透。 5. 加入酱油、醋和糖。 6. 加入花生和豆腐干,再煮1到2分钟。 7. 加盐调味即可食用。 1. Heat the oil over a high heat. 2. When the oil is hot, add the chillies and stir them for about 30 seconds. 3. Add the spring onions and stir them for about 30 seconds. 4. Add the chicken and cook it through. 5. Add the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. 6. Add the peanuts and dried tofu and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. 7.
