In those days, British bank notes were often quite large, even for small amounts of money. However, the amount of money that this bank note is for is incredible — 1 million pounds! 2. The film is probably about a poor man who finds a lot of money and becomes famous because of it. What is a play What is a play A play is a story performed on a stage. It has a plot, settings, characters, actions and dialogue. Review A play usually consists of several acts. Each act can have several scenes. A play has a unique format and style. Most plays are in the form of a dialogue. Narrator always gives information or comment on the action of the scene or the motivations of characters. Characters may narrate, or a performer who is not involved in the action can carry out the role of ‘narrator’. In order to better understand a play, we should pay attention to the instructions or tips included in a play.
