However, all that changed when I visited my grandparents during a winter break. My grandmother, an enthusiastic painter, gently persuaded me to join her in her art studio to try my hand at painting. She encouraged me to simply express myself through colors and brushes. Hesitant but curious, I agreed and sat down with her, ready to paint. Before handing me the brushes, she showed me how to mix the colors and create different shades, making the process seem more approachable. Learning to paint, especially for a beginner like me, can be a difficult task. The act of holding a brush is simple, but creating something meaningful on the canvas is challenging. That’s why it’s called painting, not finishing. But with practice and patience, it becomes more enjoyable and less frightening over time. Patience is crucial in painting.
