Analyse the advantages and disadvantages of a naional park. 教学难点 1.Use your senses to describe the beauty of Sarek National Park. 2.Analyse the advantages and disadvantages of a national park. 教学资源 教材、多媒体课件、学案、黑板和粉笔。 教学过程设计 Step I Pre-reading Show pictures of three national parks: The Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park, Three-River-Source National Park and Xixi National Wetland Park and ask students the following question: When you think of national parks,what comes to mind first (设计意图:此环节目的是激活学生的相关背景知识,主要是对国家公园的认识,并让学生产生阅读期待。) Suggested answer: Beautiful scenery,wild plants,animals and so on. Step II While-reading Activity 1 Read for the main idea. Ask students to go through the pictures and the text and then finish the following exercises. (1)Skim the text. Match the subheadings with the paragraphs. Paragraph 1 A Land of Mountains and Ice Paragraph 2 Man at Peace with Nature Paragraph 3 A Land of Adventure Paragraph 4 A Summer Where the Sun Never Sleeps (2)Summarise the main idea of the whole text.
