Every time I sit at the table, after cooking for my family, we create memories. The smells and the food’s taste, along with our conversations, connect us to each other. What wonderful memories I have! One of my favourite memories is my grandmother’s pumpkin pie. She always made it in autumn, when the weather got colder. Her friendly kitchen was the perfect place to warm up and enjoy a taste of the changing seasons. I still remember the days when the smell of cinnamon filled the room with sweetness.
