Show pictures of different jobs (teacher, actor, writer, etc.) from the courseware. Ask students: "What’s his/her job " to review and expand job vocabulary. 2. Introduce the topic by asking: "What do you want to be in the future " Invite 2-3 students to share their answers briefly. Listening Practice 1a: Listen and Circle Ask students to look at the job words in 1a. Play the recording once and let them circle the three jobs they hear. Check the answers together (Key: fireman, fashion designer, IT engineer). 1b: Listen and Match Play the recording again. Guide students to match the names (John, Jason, Tina) with their dream jobs. Confirm the answers: John → fireman; Tina → fashion designer; Jason → IT engineer. 1c: Listen and Match Plans Play the recording a third time. Let students match each name with the corresponding plans (exercise every day, work hard at maths, etc.). Explain difficult points in the listening material, such as "AI (Artificial Intelligence)" and "drawing skills". Speaking Practice 1d: Pair Work Provide the conversation model: "A: What does John want to be when he grows up B: He wants to be a fireman. A: How is he going to realize his dream B: He is going to exercise every day." Ask students to practice talking about Jason and Tina’s dream jobs and plans in pairs. Invite several pairs to present their conversations in class. Group Discussion Let students discuss their own dream jobs and how to realize them using the target sentences. Walk around to offer help with vocabulary and sentence structure. Summary Review the key vocabulary and sentences with students.
