Well, anyone who struggled to get through a mile knows it’s not quite that simple. We’ve asked experienced runners to tell us something wrong they did when they started running. The following are some of their answers. I got excited and signed up for a half-marathon with a few more experienced runner friends, but I wasn’t adequately prepared and didn’t train efficiently.
