Unit 7　Abilities Reading 设计说明 首先以free talk 形式复习句式“What can you do?”“What abilities do you have?”, 然后用一系列的图片呈现生词, 导入新课。对于课文的阅读, 采用不同的阅读技巧展开, 根据图片猜测信息, 初读找出关键信息, 细读找寻细节等, 根据不同的任务引导学生逐步理解课文, 最后解决课文中的重要知识点, 为更好地掌握课文扫清障碍。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学, 让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标: 掌握词汇: brave, save, smoke, badly, hurt, could, protect, rush, wet, burn, nod, careful, hurt, news, newspaper, match, rubbish, bin, save…from, next door, put out, in hospital。 2.能力目标: (1)能根据文体、标题和图片猜测语境； (2)能用英语描述火灾。 3.情感目标: 了解安全用火知识以及发生危险时的逃生方法。 重点难点 1.重点: 学习并掌握本课时的单词和短语, 理解文章大意, 掌握重要句型。 2.难点: 能用英语描述火灾情况, 并能表达小心用火的建议。 教学准备 PPT 课件；相关图片。 授课时数 2课时 教学过程 Step 1　Lead-in Free talk.
