I’d like to join the Music Club because I can play the piano. 我想加入音乐社团,因为我会弹钢琴。 (1)would like意为“想要”,与want含义和用法相同,但语气更委婉。would 是情态动词,无人称和数的变化。 ① would like to do sth. 想要做某事 I would like to draw some pictures. 我想画一些图画。 ②would like sth. 想要某物 I ’d like some milk and an egg. 我想要一些牛奶和一个鸡蛋。 U1 Language points (2) join 动词,意为“参加;加入”,通常指加入某一组织或团体,成为其中的一员。 join the Dance Club 参加舞蹈社团 join the army 参军 (3) play the piano意为“弹钢琴”,play作动词,意为“演奏;弹奏”,与表示乐器的名词连用时,名词前加定冠词the。 play the guitar 弹吉他 play the violin 拉小提琴 [注意] play与球类名词连用时,意为“打/踢……”,球类名词前不加任何冠词。 play basketball 打篮球 play tennis 打网球 2. What about you 你呢? What about… 相当于How about… ,主要用法有: (1) 用于承上询问情况,以避免重复,意为“……呢?” Daming likes playing the piano. What about Lingling 大明喜欢弹钢琴,那玲玲呢? (2) 用于表示建议或征求对方意见,意为“……怎么样?” -- I don’t like the book. 我不喜欢这本书。 -- What about this one 这本怎么样? It’s very hot today. What about going swimming 今天天气真热,去游泳怎么样? 在what / how about… 句型中,about是介词,后面需要跟表示动作的词时,要用动词 -ing形式哟! 3. Which club can she join 她能加入哪个社团? which在此作形容词,意为“哪一个;哪一些”,后接名词。 Here are three pens. Don’t worry about Chinese. 不用担心汉语。 (1)本句是否定形式的祈使句,以don’t开头,后跟动词原形。 Don’t open the door. 不要把门打开。 Don’t eat too much. 不要吃得太多。 (2) worry abou ... ...
