Sing a song———Long ago and now Activity 2 .Review 将上一节课的作业作为操练活动，复习上一节课的内容。 Activity 3 Compare and say 对比六张图片，学生尝试自己描述。 教师呈现参考答案。 答案如下： Many years ago, there was no library in the old school. Now, there is a library. There was only one small building on a hill before. Now, there are many buildings. There were no computers in my time. Now there are many computers. Step 2 Presentation and practice Activity 4 Think and say 将四句话的过去式和一般现在时呈现在PPT表格中。 The simple past一般过去式 The simple present一般现在时 Many years ago, there was no library in the old school. Now, there is a library. There was only one small building on a hill before. Now, there are many buildings. There were no computers in my time. Now there are many computer. 学生思考：When do we use the simple past tense 什么时候使用一般过去式？ 答案： Try to find the signal words.尝试找到信号词。 圈出信号词many years ago， before， in my time. 再呈现Tip： Activity 5 Sort and fill 提供更多的Singal words, 让学生进行分类和填写。 再拼读学习35页的四个时间词组，插入音频，跟读模仿。 Activity 6 Compare and say 创设情境，Binbin的爸爸在校园中和Binbin交谈; 呈现两张校园图片，一张是过去的，一张是35页的图片，学生尝试自己对比，说一说不同。（仿造34页，把5 years ago 改成thirty years ago. 学习三个生词dining hall grass gym的发音，插入音频跟读模仿。 再出现两人的对话气泡框，共二个话轮，学生尝试看图片填写。 第一个话轮, ppt聚焦gym： There was no _____ in my school _____. Now there’s a new one in our school. 播放课文录音，学生跟读句子。 （5）第二个话轮：ppt聚焦dining hall There was _____in my school _____.
