What do you use them for Explain some key words in context Activate background knowledge Get familiar with some key words Step 3 Listen for understanding T tells Ss that we are going to listen to an interview with an app developer, asks Ss to make predictions: 1. Why are apps so popular 2. What are the difficulties in developing an app 3. What are the latest technologies used in apps T explains the Skill Builder to students with example and asks Ss to practice while listening: Listening for Key Words T leads Ss to listen to the interview to check predictions and write down the answers to the questions. 1. Why are apps so popular 2. What are the difficulties in developing an app 3. What are the latest technologies used in apps T leads Ss to listen to the interview again and complete the diagram.
